my computer had a few proplems. I thought it’s a virus and I scanned and fix the computer many times without any result..
and suddenly I turned it on and I got the asrock instant flash screen says no BIOS file found, press f3 to rescan or esc. to restart, when orders it I get the same screen.
I’ve been told I need to update the BIOS files from the internet so I downloaded the files on a DVD but when I press f3 I t doesn’t scan the DVD
I did reset the bios
could any one tell me what could be the problem? and how to solve it please..

Usually you need to use a usb flash drive and have the correct file. How does the asrock site say to perform this bios recovery?
I can’t say why it is doing this. It should not do an automatic bios request.
