  1. HOW TO GET TOSHIBA SATELLITE OUT OF SAFEMODE
    Open Run (Win+R).
Type msconfig, and then click OK.
In the System Configuration window, go to the Boot tab.
Under Boot options, uncheck Safe boot, click Apply, and then OK.
    Restart your PC.

  2. What programs have you recently installed? Im asking this because possibly there is a program that is conflicting which is giving you BSOD.
Have you installed any graphics driver updates? Sometimes graphics drivers can do this and also give you BSOD (this can include any drivers such as printers, sound etc.)

  3. It looks like the only thing left would be a factory restore. Even though you mentioned the hard disk was empty, just realize that all programs and data will be lost.
Press the 0 key as soon as you turn on the computer. You should be prompted if you want to continue with a restore.

  4. Try this: Press F8 and choose Repair Your Computer. After it loads, run the Startup Repair function if it isn’t running already.
