Title says all. I tried DXdiag and many programs like everest speccy and drhardware.

Do you have the monitor cable connected to the video card? If you do, then it obviously works. The HD 3450 is a low end / low power card. It does NOT require the 6-pin PCIe plug-in. Don’t be concerned about things that don’t apply.
As stated above by kuwese, if you don’t have SP3, the 1st thing you should do is download & install it:

After that’s completed & you’ve rebooted, then download & install the AMD/ATI video driver:
