After unplugging your computer, try snapping each RAM module in and out 4 or 5 times to burnish the contacts. If that doesn’t solve the problem then try removing all the modules and installing one at a time, in the first slot, to determine which one may be defective.
This sounds like a SPD detection error and I _think_ that is usally to do with memory setting detection.
Try the memory/chip configuration on your BIOS and see if it is set to BY SPD. If it is, it usually should work but your mem may not support it.
