For some reason, my new mouse moves my cursor the wrong direction. It seems to process up as left and right as up. I tied it on a different computer and it does the same thing. The mouse pad on the computer does not have this issue, only the new mouse. The mouse is a Gearhead Wireless Nano MP2375BLK. I’m curious if there is a settings option I can rotate so that I don’t have to return the mouse and get a different one. Thank you!

Can you use your touch pad with the mouse plugged in?
If so, navigate through Control Panel to where you can access controls for your mouse. Click around on the tabs (i’m using a library computer away from home right now so I can’t give you direct navigation) until you find Calibration. click through it with your pad, then use the mouse. It should give you a calibration slider or animation. After you activate the calibration, Move your mouse straight from left to right in a soft, fluid motion.
This should help, if not fix the problem.
P.S to Kuwese: this should be used sparingly as I have in the past completley uninstalled my mouse and had to navigate by Keyboard (which is NOT fun).
