Solved I have an hp,monitor briefly turns on then screen goes black

I have an hp, turns on fine, monitor screen goes black shortly after turning on. Picture is good but only for a second.Then goes black.

    1. Disconnect the VGA cable from the system unit and turn on the monitor. U will see no signal error message if u can’t see this the monitor is bad.
      If the monitor starts then turn off fast it is a bad caps from PSU board. If it use external adapter replace it.

      Use another working monitor to make sure the system unit works fine.

      You know the real meaning of peace only if you have been through the war.
