I have an hp mini 110 and the keyboard will work only until windows starts and then freezes. I checked device manager and the keyboard is conflicting with the mouse (both built in),
Input/Output Range 0060 – 0060 used by:
PS/2 Compatible Mouse
Input/Output Range 0064 – 0064 used by:
PS/2 Compatible Mouse

I just checked a laptop running WinXP. The PS/2 keyboard is using:
I/O range 0060-0060
I/O range 0064-0064
IRQ 01
PS/2 Mouse is using IRQ 12
Try removing BOTH the mouse and keyboard and rebooting.

You might want to update the chip set drivers for your unit to the latest available.

Those numbers do not indicate any conflict. I suggest you remove the keyboard from within Device Manager and then reboot. Go into device manager and remove the LISTING for it there and then reboot.
