How To Remove Stuck Receiver From Wireless Mouse Logitec

i purchased mx510 wireless mouse from logitec i plugged the tiny Receiver on iMac in slot where i inserted previous mouse now it will not eject its just jammed

    1. Remove a stuck dongle?
      Get some very thin plastic shims and place them between the metal of the USB dongle and the USB slot. If you look in an empty USB slot you will see a couple of prongs. The idea is to shim between the prongs and your dongle or whatever side is stuck.

    2. Are you saying the wfi “dongle” as it’s sometimes called – the little plug item that goes into a usb slot – is physically “stuck” there; that you cant pull it out?
      Or areyou saying that when you try to eject it as in disconnect it (before physically removing it) as you might say a usb flash drive/memory stick, it won’t “eject”?

      Did or does the wifi mouse work?
