I have purchased following configuration. Now my problem is that in Asus M5A97 EVO MOBO there is no any port of VGA, HDMI or DVI. So how can I connect my LED Monitor without Graphics card. And if there is no other option accept graphics card then which graphics card is suitable for me in low budget?

I’m sure you paid a lot of money for your other hardware so I will tell you this one more time – if you have an iBall power supply, I strongly suggest you replace it with a reliable name brand unit, otherwise you risk all your high priced hardware going up if a puff of smoke or ball of fire.

If you wanted a low price video option then why did you buy a motherboard without integrated graphics.
You can either buy an add in graphics card or exchange the motherboard for one with on board (integrated) graphics. The integrated graphics route should be cheaper.
Any PCI Express graphics card should work with your configuration. As for prices, just check your local suppliers for prices in your country.
