How To Change Signal Timing Monitor Problem

I have just plugged in a new speaker and have the message Attention Signal Frequency is out of range. H: 47.8KHz V: 59.8Hz
Please change signal timings
How do I do this please? In easy to understand language!

      Boot your computer & repeatedly tap the F8 to bring up the advanced boot options. Select “enable low-resolution video” & press enter. You will then be able to properly set the screen resolution & refresh rate.
