How to change Acer Aspire laptop Startup Splash Picture?

How can I change the startup splash logo/picture when booting Windows 8.1? I have an Acer Aspire E-15 (E5-571-5552).
When I press the Power button, Acer’s logo with a self serving set of words appears on an otherwise black screen. After a while, the screen goes blank for a good while then the “lock” screen appears. I am interested in changing the very first image.

      It’s built into BIOS which starts before Windows loads. To get into BIOS you press F2 key immediately after you power up. There might be an option to disable the splash screen there. There is no way to change it though.
      [BIOS is just a menu of options which generally uses the keyboard].

      EDIT:
      Just to add that the splash itself will hardly add more than a second of time to overall bootup. Activity is continuing whilst it is on the screen.
