How Do I Get Rid Of Small Blue Box With Arrow

for some reason “out of the blue” my jpeg images appear with a blue box with 2 white arrow heads in it pointing right in the lower left corner. It covers about 20% of the image. It does not respond to a left or right click. I was just viewing scrapbooking kits and the box appeared on the images. Can someone give me a clue of how to get rid of this box?

      dhill7780, Those icon arrows represent shortcuts. Do you actually have the programs that those shortcuts represent? If you do and the shortcuts don’t open the program download, unzip and run the LNK file association fix at the link below for your version of Windows which you didn’t state..
