I assume you want to use it as a regular PC hard drive? Unless you plan on saving the xbox drive’s contents (which I don’t think is practical) then you just connect it as a second drive. Then boot up the OS and remove the FAT partition and then repartition it as NTFS with disk management.
Find the letter of drive you want to convert.
Press the Windows logo key + R to open the Run dialog box.
Enter cmd to open the command prompt window.
Type help convert and then press “Enter”. …
5.At the command line prompt, type convert drive: /fs:ntfs.
