Hi.. i have asrock g41m-vs3 r2.0 motherboard. can i be able to put a high end graphics card(PCI-E 3.0) in this mobo ?

It doesn’t say which version PCIe slot it has but I suspect it’s PCIe 2.0. Check the manual for more details. Even if it is 2.0, a 3.0 card will work. You should be more concerned about your power supply.
