Fujitsu Siemens Keeps Restarting

right my pc turns on then keeps restarting i have tryed alsorts i changed harddrive wireless card memory still restartingcan u help

      Hi Londis,

      a) advise make and full model number of pc

      b) how far does it get with the booting, before it restarts

      c) have you tried booting in safe mode (by tapping F8 when booting)
