Firmware Has Detected That a CMOS Battery Failure Occurred

System shows this error at the startup, while I have also replaced the battery but error remains occurred.

“The firmware has detected that a CMOS battery failure occurred.
Press the enter key to continue.”

Motherbaord is Intel 975.

      After replacing the battery did you also reset the necessary values in the BIOS (setup)?
      Date & time, boot order, etc.

      Are you sure you installed the battery correctly? Flat side up.
