External Device To Connect Sim Card To PC

is there any external device to connect sim card to computer so that the device can 1.read sim, 2.make a call through that sim card, 3.get internet connection (as we connect our mobile phone to computer to get internet connection) .The 3rd one is very important for me as i connect my mobile all the time when i need internet. Help me.. Suggest me…

      The device is your mobile phone. If you want a separate wireless mobile internet for the PC then get a USB wireless modem. Ask your ISP if you can have two mobile devices using the same internet account. It may not be possible so you would be left subscribing to two services.
