Error In Desktop And Windows Not Opening

when i switch on my computer i get the error Halfduplex environment,
RPL – ROM-ADR : 0080 4842 C040
RPL – ROM- IRQ : 12
RPL – ROM-PIO : CC00

RPL – ROM-FFC : 50

    1. ‘Halfduplex’ sounds like a network card problem. If it is a separate network card then remove it and see if windows works without it. If it does but you need one then just purchase a new one and install it. If the NIC is onboard your motherboard then go into your BIOS and disable it, then if everything else works just purchase a separate one as above.
