Epson Lx350 Not Printing Continous

I bought an Epson LX350 printer to print Continuous Form Paper, 5 1/2″ x 9 1/2″.However, when I print a receipt the printer produces two pages, one with the printed details and another extra blank page.I can not print continuously and I have to tear off every receipt before sending another one.I thought it was something to do with paper size but adjusting did not seem to make any changes.Is it that this model only supports A4 size papers?Please help .

    1. Hi Waru, I suspect the fault relates to form length.setting, either in the program, printer or both. Or Top of Form setting.

      Advise which is the length measurement?

      What is happening, is the final instruction from the program is throw to top of form.

      I do not know this printer, but generally you first position the (tractor feed?) paper, so the FIRST print starts in the correct position.

      Then before printing, on the printer,press the button to tell the printer it is at tof.
      Thereafter on completion of printing the form or forms it throws to this position, which hopefully raises enough the perforations high enough to tear off the form..

    2. The paper may be stuck together with static electricity. Fan the paper well before you use it.
