Does HDD Data Transfer Rate Affect Gaming FPS?

hey guys i wanted to ask
is harddisk data transfer rate
important (gaming fps) my h. disk
data transfer rate is 5.8 (aero rating)
i am using a gtx 650ti with i3.

    1. It will, on the other hand, determine how long the game takes to load initially, although once the data is on the RAM hard drive speed doesn’t matter.
