Solved Dell Laptop Keyboard Skipping Letters When I Type

The keyboard on my Dell laptop skips. I can be typing on line 3 and the letter skips to line 5. I googled the problem. Following its suggestions, I disabled the touchpad and updated all drivers but the keyboard still skips. What else can I try?

      Start at Step 1 ( very important ) do all the steps until you get to the final step ( Repairs ) Reboot when finished.
      Right click on the exe & click on > Run as administrator.
