Dell Inspiron Mini 10 Sends Error Code 0F00:075D And Dont Go

I have a Dell Inspiron Mini 10 and it shows the message 0F00:075D, it has windows XP after BIOS it stays on a black screen just blincking I runned the F2 and F12 options in which I sellected at the booting system the diagnosis tag and came back with this error its a SATA disk and this mini does not comes with a CD drive, the HD seems to be locked, how can I restart it?, thank you much and best regards

    1. Dell Diagnostics error 0F00:075D means the hard drive has failed. A new hard drive is required.
