computer won’t boot up. power lights up but ‘can’ symbol lights briefly then quits. repeated tries (7 or 8) eventually starts up. Dell 660 is only 2 years old. No changes have been made to system since new.

What video card do you have? Is the video driver up-to-date?
How is monitor connected to PC, HDMI, DP…?
Reboot and start tapping F12 when you see the Dell splash screen. When the menu opens, find the option to run diagnostics and run all of them, including RAM and extended hard drive tests.
When was last time motherboard battery was replaced?
