Solved CPU Doesn’t Support Virtualization

As you all know Andy android emulator requires CPU virtualization must be enabled. CPUZ shows

When I saw bios setup, I didn’t find CPU Virtualization. My bios setup and system configuration is http://i.imgur.com/VvlibP3.jpg

a. Is there any other name of this technology in my pc’s bios?
b. Either I need to upgrade my motherboard or processor?
