Convert 500GB External HDD NTFS To FAT32

i have a 500gb toshiba external hd formated with ntfs how do i convert it to fat32 i already tried command run and format /fs:fat32 e: . and it ran the proces and said its to big for fat32

    1. As long as you’re not concerned about saving any data, just download & run the Toshiba formating software.
