Solved Computer Turns On, Fans Spin, No Display

My PC will turn on, the fans will spin and all but there is no picture going to the monitor.. I know it is not the monitor because I used it with another computer, Can anyone help??

      Make sure the Halt On settings are correct.

      “ADVANCED BIOS FEATURES. Find where it says ‘Swap Floppy Drive Letters’ or similar. Make sure it says disabled. Boot Up Floppy Seek, set to Disabled”
