ok so i got a new motherboard a couple weeks ago and i installed it just the way it says on the manual, and when i was done i plugged everything in and pressed the start button and it takes like 2 seconds for the fans to start running after i pressed it, and with my old board everything started INSTANTLY. anyway, then it takes almost more than 20 secs on the starting windows screen so i noticed something wasnt right. after i log in to windows it takes probably about 2-3 minutes to load everything up. before it took only 15-25 seconds. could this be the ram or the cpu?? Please help me i am really worried about this.

Still while on the Processes Tab, Under “Image Name” column – look over to CPU Time and High Memory columns to see which files may be causing high usage.

NIS (Norton), what version are you using?
I find nothing conclusive with Google searches for “SyRem”, there are some Czech & Russian references to that (raises my eyebrows a bit). I would try finding out what that particular file is that is running that is associated with SyRem and try try uploading that file(s) to Jotti’s AV file Online scanner: http://virusscan.jotti.org/en , to have multiple AV scanners inspect that file(s) associated with SyRem.
Again, as in post # 9 above, I’d scan your system with several good anti-malware tools – MalwareBytes, EmsiSoft Anti-malware and maybe an Anti-Rootkit scanner or two like GMER, Radix, TrendMicro Rootkit buster etc.
MOOOOooove! OH and you’re welcome!
