Solved Computer Makes Whining Noise After Bios Update

After I updated the bios, the computer starts making whining noise during start up and keeps going. When it’s loading something like a program or game, it stops and when it stops loading it starts again. It’s not very loud but it’s like high pitch spinning sound. Any ideas?
The computer is new and was very quite until then.

      The BIOS (setup) is accessed at start up by tapping the keystroke displayed on your screen to enter the setup. Will be an F* key. Possibly F2.

      Once in the BIOS screens read the screen help to learn how to change values. The PgUp/Dn, arrow keys, Tab, Exc, and Enter keys are the most commonly used.
