Hi! My ADATA CLASSIC CH11 is not recognized by either PC or MAC. I see a light turnt on and i hear it spin but i cannot open it in my computers. Also it used to work before.

Does it show up in ‘disk management’? Did anything happen to it since you last used it–maybe it got dropped?
Yea, Disk Management is where to look. If it shows up as RAW then the file system is corrupted. Usually can be repaired if that is the case.
