Solved RTSS ( Riva Tuner ) Fails To Start Up

I have installed Riva Tuner as part of installation of MSI Afterburner. I then startup both Riva Tuner and Afterburner, but for Riva Tuner he is stating that my application has been blocked.

So, it’s not the usual question to ask for confirmation to run it, but only a message stating I cannot run just that tool (RTSS.exe). ( Afterburner runs OK )

Installation was OK, my UAC is set to the second lowest level. Note : I do NOT accept any solution that involves lowering my UAC, even temporary.

I’m reading that it may be blocked because of certification issues, but it’s weird that it would be blocked for everybody.

I managed to get it running once, after I ran “SFC /SCANNOW”,
but it didn’t work a second time ..

What is going wrong here ?

      Version 7.2.1, or at leat my copy of it, had no “Publisher”,
      while version 7.2.3 has.

      I guess this is where the issue was
