I downloaded Lego avengers for my PC. The game works fine but after a few days I had a glitch in the game (can’t build the panel for scarlet witch in the castle hub). Today I solved that problem but I ran into a new one. In the cutscenes the character audio is gone. In the gameplay the audio works fine. SFX and all are working but then after some time the whole audio was gone. Can anyone help me out? I can’t enjoy the game without its cool sounds.

I’m not a gamer but it sounds to me that the game itself has corrupted. If this is the case then it will probably have to be re-installed. See what others think obviously.
Try to go into the sound properties (in windows, not the game) and turn the quality right down to cd quality.
First, optimize and clean your registry and windows, reinstall, and then restart the pc.
