Ninja Blade FPS Issues

I just got this great game,i can run everything on max and high resolution,only if I put the FPS settings to variable.which I did but when I exit the game and boot it up the next day,the FPS settings goes back to locked at 30fps..i know it is important for the game to maintain 30fps for motion blur but it lags and I can’t keep the FPS settings on..this is weird coz every other settings saves fine except this..pls help..i need to turn on the settings every time i run the game,isn’t there a way to permanently turn it on?
