Solved how to fix Just Cause 2 Fatal Directx Error Code 2

When I try to start game I get the error That is in the title box above. It reads:
Fatal DirectX error
code :2
Result:OxO:S_OK
Try starting the game in FailSafe if problem persists.

how can i fix this?

      I’m pretty sure you’re getting a “file not found” error, so either it’s your display driver, which might not be intended to run 3D DirectX games; a corrupted game install; corrupted DirectX, I can’t find which version it targets, but the game should have come with a DirectX distributable; or a corrupted Windows install.
