DirectX Graphics Error 0x82000005

When I want to play ‘Crazy Taxi’ it says ‘DirectX Graphics Error 0x82000005’ after that the monitor is blank.Why this happen?

      check your directX
      Run–> dxdiag
      in that test all your visulizations
