Drivers HP N910U Mouse

Tried to connect Wired Optical Mouse N910U to old KVM box using a USB to PS2 connector. My Dell Dimension 3K running XP Home doesn’t recognize it.

What now??

    1. Not all mice will work with USB/PS2 adaptors……..

    2. I got a response from Dell support saying

      “Hi,

      I’m afriad that kind of configuration is not support by us, the usb mouse is supplied to work directly from the USB ports

      Rgds

      Dell Workstation support”

      Thanks very much for your after sales support Dell!! Normally they’ve been great with ‘faulty’ equipment etc etc, but on this one they don’t seem to care.
