I’m not sure about dos within android but under normal circumstances to get out of dos and back into windows you type EXIT and enter at the blinking dos prompt or just close (x) the dos window.
Are you running DOS in android, or are you running android in DOS? Please provide us with more details.
To close or exit the Windows command line window, also referred to as command or cmd mode or DOS mode, type exit and press Enter . The exit command can also be placed in a batch file.
