I have a Radioshack icam 320. And i need drivers for it.

There are no drivers for that model for any version of Windows later than Windows ME.
So that means no drivers for Windows XP, Windows Vista or Windows 7.

That’s identical to the Radio Shack one, just different badging.
That webcam model is too old I’m afraid so you’ll have to buy a new one for Windows XP or later.
