Convert A Wmv To Video_TS

I made a DVD using windows movie maker the file is .wmv it will not play in a DVD player so I need to convert it to a Video_TS, from what I can tell. How do I go about this???

    1. Third party software is required which you use instead of WMM.
      Look for “DVD authoring software” on Google Search.
