Solved Wifi Won’t Connect To Panasonic TV

My mother in law Panasonic TH65DX640A will not connect to the WiFi. it was working and then one day she turned the TV on and no connection and now we cannot connect anything. i have even tried to hot spot but no go

      Are your other devices connecting to Wifi? You might need to set it up again using your network name and the Wifi password. Maybe this manual will help:
