i dont know much about overclocking, i have gigabyte Ga-945gzm-s2 motherboard , dd2 1,5 ram , any help to how much and how should i do it ?

  1. Apparently you’re using the onboard video & not an actual graphics card, that’s why the PCI-express setting choices are what they are. If you want better performance, I suggest you invest in a video card.

    – for the PCI-express setting, use ASYNC, that will lock the PCIe frequency at 100MHz.
    – for the memory multiplier, use 2.0.

    These settings, along with the others I listed above, should put the CPU at 2.67GHz @ 1066MHz FSB with the RAM running as DDR2-533 @ 266MHz frequency. If you want to overclock the CPU higher than that, leave the other settings as-is & just increase the CPU clock ratio. You should be able to hit 3.2GHz without increasing the CPU voltage. Keep an eye on the CPU temperature.
