how can i overclock my intel dg31pr E5200 . i need the steps to do that , b/c some one said that it can not be done in bios , what should i do????

Most Intel motherboards are NOT overclockable – your board is one of them. If you want to overclock, buy a new board.
And don’t buy G31 board. Buy a board with intel chipset(G45, P45, P43, G43) not intel board.
