Solved Cpu Over Voltage Is Error, How To Solve It?

when i switch-on my system, i get a message”cpu over voltage error”
“press f1 to resume”, after i press F1, it displays “checking nvram” ,and proceeds like normal system but its hanging up many times and when i am shut down it automatically restarted, my system is <2gb ram, asus m2mx motherboard,250 gb hard disk, cpu-Amd athlon, ddr2, 4800+, 2.5Ghz> & when i entered bios set up its shows red mark on vcore voltage
