Solved The Procedure Entry Point GetLogicalProcessorInformation Cou

i’ve downloaded teamspeak and i installed it but when i try to click on the icon to open it this messgae show
the procedure entry point GetLogicalProcessorInformation could not be located in the dynamic link librart KERNEL32.dll
and my windows version : Microsoft windows xp professional version 2006 service pack 3

      “i’ve SP3 installed”

      Several other sites say the cause of the “the procedure entry point GetLogicalProcessorInformation could not be located” error message is because SP3 has not been installed. There are also posts on this site that say the same thing:
