I just completed a build with an i3 6100, @ 100% load with Prime 95 according to Core Temp I am running near 67 degrees C after about 10 minutes, idle it sits around 30, what are normal/acceptable temperatures for this CPU? I’m using the stock HSF.

67C for Prime95 for 10 minutes is not bad at all.
Your Max temp is listed at 100C:

If your normal use it stays in the 30’s and 40’s C and your occasional peaks are in the low to mid 50’s C then you are just fine. If you tend much higher then a cleaning off the original thermal compound and applying a quality compound (the right amount) or possibly a more advanced air cooler may be in your future (unlikely needed). Please note that the thermal compound will have to break in a little bit from normal heating and cooling of the CPU and after that the temps may actually go down a bit more.
You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
