How To Fix My Desktop That Will Not Boot Up

Dell XPS 720 with two 500gb HD I got a low battery message on my display. Changed battery . Now my system will not boot up.
The message on the display says, Floppy diskette seek failure. Strike F1 to continue. After F1 to continue then it says, No boot device available. It has F2 for setup utility to go into it. What is the next thing that should tried?

    1. I disabled the floppy diskette drive and stared it over . The system finally started windows. Thank You everyone for your help.
