Solved Vowels Keyboard Not Working

Since today when typing the vowels of my keyboard are not working. It is a PC with a USB keyboard, running Windows 7. Could it be a virus?

      It might be malware, but try a different keyboard first before investigating something else ‘cos I’ve also known a different keyboard fix that problem.
