Shares of Ondas Holdings (ONDS) advanced 8.4% during Monday’s trading session, settling at $10.90, following the autonomous drone manufacturer’s exceptional fourth-quarter financial results and significantly enhanced outlook for 2026.
The company recorded fourth-quarter revenue of $30.1 million, marking a 634% increase compared to the same period last year. Annual revenue for 2025 expanded 604% to $50.7 million, exceeding the Street consensus of $48.6 million.
Quarterly net losses expanded to $101 million from $10.3 million in the prior-year period. The adjusted net loss per share for fiscal 2025 reached 62 cents, compared to analyst expectations of a 25-cent loss.
Market participants overlooked the near-term profitability challenges and concentrated on the company’s robust future projections. Management upgraded its fiscal 2026 revenue expectations to a minimum of $375 million, representing more than a 100% increase from the earlier $170 million to $180 million range.
Monday’s closing price of $10.90 valued the company at approximately $4.64 billion in market capitalization.
Strategic Palantir Alliance and World View Acquisition
Ondas and Palantir (PLTR) revealed their collaboration on March 11, focusing on embedding Palantir’s Foundry platform into Ondas’ autonomous drone infrastructure. Chief Executive Erik Brock stated the collaboration “positions Ondas at the center of next-generation, multi-domain operational environments.”
Palantir shares gained 6.74% in Monday trading.
The company simultaneously finalized an agreement to purchase World View, a high-altitude sensing technology provider, in a transaction valued at $150 million paid predominantly in stock. This strategic move aims to enhance the company’s autonomous capabilities with advanced persistent sensing from stratospheric altitudes.
Management disclosed a pro forma cash balance of $1.5 billion following the transaction.
Growing Defense Sector Momentum Drives Bookings
Earlier in March, Ondas disclosed receipt of several purchase orders valued at approximately $6 million for counter-drone technologies from defense and homeland security clients across the Middle East and additional markets.
The current order backlog stands at $68.3 million, with management indicating that the autonomous systems division will drive the majority of expansion through 2026.
First-quarter 2026 revenue projections range from $38 million to $40 million, representing roughly 820% growth versus the comparable quarter in the previous year.
The iShares U.S. Aerospace & Defense ETF rose 0.3% to $223.29 Monday. Competitor AeroVironment advanced 4.3% on fresh contract announcements, while recently public Karman Holdings increased 3% to $102.40.
The company has scheduled its earnings conference call for Wednesday.
