Delete all partitions on your stick\r\n 2. Create one primary partition and mark it as active\r\n 3. Format that partition using FAT32\r\n 4. syslinux\\syslinux.exe -fma X:\r\n 5. xcopy usb-root\\* X:\\ \/E\/H\/I\r\n 6. copy your flash tool and flash binary into the flash\\ folder\r\n 7. Reboot\r\n 8. press [Enter] at syslinux boot: prompt\r\n 9. double press [Enter] while your asked to change date and time\r\n 10. your done! have fun!\r\n<\/pre>\n<p>Experienced the same problem as OP this weekend (on different machine from OP). Several years back I created a bootable USB-drive to flash a SUN Workstation. Tried reusing the old USB-drive to flash an identical SUN and PHOENIX threw the above error. I used the above link with Bootstick.zip utility to make a new USB drive.
