Unsupported Video…Etc Help!?"},"content":{"rendered":"
Hello,
\nI just got a new computer, a Dell Optiplex 755. Right when I booted it up, it gives me the following error message:
\nSystem Halted!
\nUnsupported Video Configuration Detected
\nAction is required
\nThis computer has an add in graphics card, but the monitor cable is plugged into the integrated video connector. To attach the monitor cable to the add-in graphics card:
\n1. Shut down the computer
\n2. Plug the monitor cable into the add-in graphics card connector. This may require a video adapter or video adapter cable.
\n3. Turn on the computer
\nSo, then I decided to take out the video card, an ATI Radeon HD 2400. I took out the add in graphics card and when I booted it up again… everything was working!?!
\nI want to still have the card in the computer though, but the white port on the video card, an 15 hole port with three holes with one of the holes in the bottom row no there. Just sealed I mean. So I can’t plug my monitor into it. My monitor has a blue head on the end of it wire just saying. Also, there is a black hole with small holes and a tiny straight hole in along with the other hole on the graphics card too. This black hole kind of reminds me of a PS2 keyboard\/mouse port.
\nPlease help me.
