It is the Dell 2GB module for it. I installed it, went into BIOS, checked that it shows up and is recognized, and all is well. HOWEVER, as soon as it tries to boot into Windows, the little rolling progress bar will show up for a second, then the screen goes black. nothing. I can boot into Safe Mode, but not in normal mode. What gives?? What can I do to fix this?
